Local coronavirus updates: In accordance with the order from Sedgwick County Health Officer, Dr. Minns, guidance from KDHE, the State of Kansas and the CDC, we are currently planning virtual events and only some small gatherings in accordance with current gathering recommendations for the remainder of 2020. We are tentatively planning larger events starting September 2021 and beyond. We continue to monitor the changing landscape of gatherings and events daily and will update on our website and social media as needed.
Coronavirus update: The coronavirus pandemic is impacting the events industry on a global scale. With all the unknowns this involves, this has added a few extra challenging and confusing components to the task of event planning and production. The Shay Chic Crew has you covered! From digital event planning to infection mitigation coordination and so much more, we are up to the challenge. We are here to assist you in all your event planning needs, even when those needs include cancelling or rescheduling an event or making the transition from a live event to a virtual or hybrid event. We will work with you to determine and create plan, communicate with vendors and venues and continue to help you plan and produce and unforgettable experience.

As we do what we can to stay home, stay distant and stay safe, we still have cause to celebrate! And while we're not gathering in large crowds or selling out big venues, we can still find ways to gather in small groups and celebrate in big ways. From a date night in for two to a bridal shower or birthday party and an office pick--me-up celebration... you tell us the occasion and number of guests (will vary based on current pandemic recommendations) and leave the details to us!
Every box will include the necessities for your guests (plates, cups, napkins, cutlery, candles, table covering), a suggested celebration timeline, set up instructions & planning tips to ensure you have everything you need for a smashing good time!
A-la-carte' items include custom favors, banners, catering options, indoor & outdoor decor, invitations, and more!
