From a date night in for two to a bridal shower or birthday party and an office pick--me-up celebration... you tell us the occasion and number of guests and leave the details to us! 

Every box will include the necessities for your guests (plates, cups, napkins, cutlery, candles, table covering), a suggested celebration timeline, set up instructions & planning tips to ensure you have everything you need for a smashing good time!


A-la-carte' items include custom favors, banners, catering options, indoor & outdoor decor, invitations, and more!

Picnic Packages
Picnic Packages

Perfect for a date night under the stars, birthday parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, bridal or baby showers, brunch or just because we've been tucked away for the last 18 months and you want to celebrate that it's Taco Tuesday, our Picnic packages are a great way for people of any age to get together!

You pick the location - (we can recommend some perfect picnic spots - but find that the best place to host your picnic is right in your own backyard) and the package you want, and we'll do the rest! 

Currently booking picnics for 2 - 36 people. 

Starting at $169 for 2;

($30 for each additional guest)

The basic package includes: 

  • Set up

  • Low-seated table, rugs, pillows, & blankets

  • Custom decorated tablescape

  • Dining and drinkware

  • Ice bucket & ice

  • Still and/or sparkling water

Virtual and Hybrid Events

Live events may be on pause, but your business and celebrations are not. Face-to-face meetings and events will return, but in the meantime, we can help you create amazing virtual and hybrid events that allow your guests to interact with, learn from, engage and celebrate with one another, regardless of the distance between them.

Shannon and the Shay Chic Crew have been planning events for over 20 years, specializing in fundraisers, corporate events and meetings. Consumers, employees, sponsors, and donors are loyal to brands and organizations they have a connection with, and we believe every event your company participates in - from meetings and grand openings to hosting or sponsoring local charity functions – is an opportunity to reflect your core brand messaging to those in attendance. With Shay Chic managing the details of your event, you're free to make contact with your employees and guests and be ensured you can enjoy the event as much as they will! 

Fundraising Events

We know anyone who runs or works for a non-profit organization does so because they believe in the cause the organization represents. We can also appreciate how hard you work to fund your efforts and what an undertaking that can be. Anything from a simple dinner to a gala or golf tournament and auction; we can create an environment guaranteed to inspire your guests to invest generously in your cause. We're also happy in crreating sponsorship and donor packages along with press releases and any print materials & signage you need along the way.
